Tridimed warrants that the helmet meets mutually agreed specifications and that it will be delivered free of defects in materials and workmanship, and that services will be provided competently and diligently in accordance with mutually agreed specifications.
The helmet warranty will be valid when it comes to issues related to size and comfort adjustments for the baby (at this point the agreements pertaining to the monitoring of the patient throughout the treatment are included). In any case, the guarantee of the Cranial orthosis will be the one offered by the supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the latter, which the buyer declares to know and accept.
This Warranty does not apply to: (a) bumps, falls or mistreatment to the cranial orthosis; (b) damage to appearance, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents or broken material; (c) to any damage caused by an accident, misuse, contact with liquid, fire, earthquake or any other external cause; (d) wear or corrosion of the helmet due to the application of other cleaning liquids that have not been indicated by the Tridimed team (it is important to highlight the need to comply with all the indications of our team, since many times this type of cleaning fluids end up generating allergies and irritation to the patient's skin); (e) damage occurred during the transport of the helmet through parcel delivery. It is not recommended to send the helmet by these means, but in case the clients require it, Tridimed is not responsible for any damage occurred during its transfer.
It is up to the biomedical team to determine if the device warrants a possible repair or replacement of the complete unit.
In either scenario, the cost of labor and material used to repair or replace the device would be calculated and indicated.
